Online Services Trick Women into Dates

New online services are using manipulative and deceitful tactics to help men pursue and date women. According to the Nanjing-based newspaper Modern Express, the service coaches men on dating essentials such as how to strike up conversations, but will pose as the client and chat with women on social media. Some vendors promise a 100-percent success rate with tailored packages to appeal to the woman’s personality, interests and habits. The service goes for as high as 5,000 yuan (US$707), and one seller had made hundreds of deals in a month, the report said. Experts accused the service of using fraud to exploit women.
