Livestreamer Begs for Attention, Marriage

A livestreamer got the attention she was looking for and perhaps more after video showed her crawling around on a Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province sidewalk. The video showed the woman crawling on her hands and knees near a tree while carrying shoes in her mouth. Passers-by urged her to stand up, but she refused and later held up a sign that read she was seeking a marriage partner. Many on social media criticized her for causing disruption and negatively influencing young people. Many livestreamers go to extreme lengths to gain followers, with some violating the law. This September, media reported that police in Wenshan, Yunnan Province detained 10 people for livestreaming pornographic content.
